Database Marketing Fundamentals - Targeting & Tracking

July 22, 2009 - 10:00am

Join us for a two-hour "summer tune-up" session that's designed to sharpen your thinking and plant new ideas for the season ahead.

Database Marketing Fundamentals is a crash course in database marketing for beginners and a great refresher for experienced database marketers wanting to hone their skills, expand their expertise, and update their knowledge.

Joanne Steller from TRG will provide a database marketing overview that focuses on how to target your campaigns as well as how to track and evaluate response. You'll also learn how to set-up and implement tracking strategies in your organization, no matter your organizational size or budget.

You'll also hear two brief case studies from peer organizations; Network for New Music and the Philadelphia Museum of Art on how they have successfully targeted and tracked their campaigns.

  • Free for 2009 List Co-Op Participant Organizations
  • $15 for non-List Co-Op Participants

Please Note: Temple University Center City requires Photo ID to enter the building.

The Philadelphia Cultural List Cooperative is a program of Engage 2020. Engage 2020 is sponsored by a lead grant from The Pew Charitable Trusts, with additional support from The Wallace Foundation and The Philadelphia Foundation.
