Database Marketing Fundamentals is a crash course in database marketing for beginners and a great refresher for experienced database marketers wanting to hone their skills, expand their expertise, and update their knowledge. Joanne Steller from TRG will provide a database marketing overview that focuses on how to target your campaigns as well as how to track and evaluate response. You'll also learn how to set-up and implement tracking strategies in your organization, no matter your organizational size or budget. You'll also hear two brief case studies from peer organizations; Network for New Music and the Philadelphia Museum of Art on how they have successfully targeted and tracked their campaigns.
