Key Responsibilities
The Bookkeeper is responsible for the successful oversight of the Philadelphia Folksong Society’s financial reporting. This position reports to the Executive Director.

The Program Assistant serves as a public face for The Clay Studio (TCS), greeting and serving customers as they enter our retail shop and gallery and through phone and email communications.

University City Arts League seeks a proactive, communicative and organized individual to fulfill the role of Development & Operations Associate. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Development & Operations Associate is responsible for supporting organization leadership in all aspects of fundraising, donor relations and event planning. 

The Vendor Coordinator will help plan and supervise vendor logistics for the 14th West Park Arts Fest to take place Saturday June 11th in West Fairmount Park.  We expect 50 vendors (handmade, direct seller, food, corporate, and nonprofit organzations).

Position Description:

Through tours, exhibits, and programs, Roebling Museum tells the story of the origins and growth of a company town built in 1905 with a majority immigrant/migrant workforce. (More information can be found at Roeblingmuseum.org.)

The Program Assistant at Roebling Museum is part of a dynamic team of volunteers and paid staff whose goal is to greet and interact with visitors.  This role will also help with administrative work related to programs, events, and exhibits.  Relevant training will be provided.

This is a grant funded position is for the 2022 tour season (March-end of December) with the opportunity to renew.

Title: Marketing Specialist

Commitment: 10-20 hours/week

Salary: $30/hour

Job Reports to: Artistic Director 

This is a 5-month interim position that will begin in February and  end on the last day of our fiscal year (June 30, 2022) with the possibility for renewal.
