Atelier Fine Art Services is seeking a full-time Fine Art Crate Fabricator/Carpenter in Philadelphia of any level  to become part of the crate fabrication and woodshop team. This position is responsible for the production of custom made museum crates, travel frames, inner boxes, and inner components that are at times complex. Fabricators are familiar with a wide range of hand and power tools, including table saws, band saws, miter saws, routers and drills/impact drivers. Self motivation, time management, and attention to detail are essential qualities.

The Bearded Ladies Cabaret is looking for an Operations and Facilities Coordinator to join our staff. The Operations and Facilities Coordinator will serve as the primary hospitality lead for all Bearded Ladies projects and events. They will manage Bearded Ladies box offices and support front of house needs. They will coordinate travel, housing, and on site hospitality for staff, artists, administrators, and technicians and will serve as the primary liaison between the Beards and various rental facilities including performance venues and rehearsal spaces. CCAHA is seeking a Digital Imaging Manager to lead digital imaging projects and oversee a two-person imaging team. Responsibilities include project management, client communications, estimating and planning large digitization projects, and maintaining quality standards across conservation photography, high-resolution imaging, and facsimile production. Candidates should have experience with cultural heritage collections, digital imaging standards (including FADGI), project management, and team supervision. 

Friends of the Wissahickon (FOW) is seeking five Seasonal Field Crew members to assist us in regular clean-ups and general stewardship of Wissahickon Valley Park during its high-use season. This position is also responsible for providing consistent, effective outreach with park visitors at our highest-use locations by sharing FOW’s mission and responsible park use principles. This position’s primary time frame runs from late May through early September, with potential to continue to the end of October. This temporary position is primarily field-based and applicants should be comfortable with spending long periods of time outdoors in all-weather situations. Ideal candidates will have work & labor experience, are friendly and personable, can clearly communicate with the public, be highly motivated, and be able to successfully work as part of a team. Bilingual (English/Spanish) speakers preferred. 

Schedule and Pay Rate: The primary term runs from late May – early September, with possible extension through October. This is primarily a Thursday-Sunday schedule, with some holidays required. Pay rate for this position is $18 per hour for 14-28 hours per week. The position begins with a mandatory multi-day training on Memorial Day weekend (May 22-25). 

Maintenance Associate provides maintenance and janitorial services for the Arch Street Meeting House on weekends and on select evenings. This position also supports meetings, events and tours with logistical and space needs. 

Grounds Maintenance and Gardens Associate provides grounds and garden maintenance for the Arch Street Meeting House on weekends.
