ArtPhilly’s What Now: 2026—a citywide, multidisciplinary arts festival taking place in summer 2026—is hiring a full-time Office Manager & Executive Assistant to support the Executive & Creative Director and keep daily operations running smoothly. Based in Philadelphia with a hybrid schedule, this role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of experience in administration, executive support, or office management—especially in arts, nonprofit, or mission-driven settings.

Wolf Performing Arts Center (Wolf PAC) is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support our advertising, branding, and communication efforts. This full-time role plays a key part in maintaining the professionalism, consistency, and visibility of Wolf PAC across all platforms.

About this Internship:

The LEDC Arts and Community Internship Program will offer the experience of working in a nonprofit organization focusing on arts and community. Internships are designed primarily for undergraduate and graduate students, although open to anyone with a strong desire and commitment. Interns will work closely with LEDC staff and will be involved with regular activities as well as special projects as needed.

The Communications and Outreach Coordinator plays a key role in advancing Germantown United CDC’s mission by managing external communications and leading outreach to both small businesses and residents in Germantown. This position blends strategic storytelling, neighborhood engagement, and event promotion to strengthen connections with local stakeholders and highlight Germantown as a vibrant, inclusive community. Please note, this position is contract funded by the City of Philadelphia’s Commerce Department.

We are looking for directors for two of our fall/winter productions: Newsies JR and Annie KIDS.

Director for Newsies JR for grades 5th & 6th from September -  January on Tuesdays from 5PM - 7PM.

PT THEATER ASSISTANT MANAGER

Position Type: Part Time
Pay Range: $16.50/hr
Location: Film Society Center
Reports to: Assistant General Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for daily systems operations of the building including repairs and/or replacement of various building-related mechanical, electrical, plumbing, control systems, air handling units, and heat exchangers. Receives and responds to service calls, takes immediate action to resolve emergency situations and system breakdowns. Manages and monitors HVAC controls, emergency systems (e.g., fire, smoke, security), lighting systems, electrical, and plumbing.
