Director of Development
Quintessence Theatre, now in its 16th season of producing epic, classic theatre in Northwest Philadelphia, seeks an experienced, strategic and mission-driven Director of Development to join our team. In 2024, Quintessence purchased its longtime home, the historic Sedgwick Theater on Germantown Avenue, and is embarking on an ambitious renovation project and Capital Campaign to create a performing arts center for its community. The Director of Development leads Quintessence Theatre Group’s capital campaign while driving sustained growth in major gift revenue. This role focuses primarily on campaign strategy, major donor cultivation and solicitation, and long-term relationship management. The Director of Development supervises the Associate Director of Development, who leads annual fund efforts, and works collaboratively to ensure strong alignment between campaign and annual giving initiatives.
Working closely with the Executive Director, Producing Artistic Director, Board of Directors, Campaign Committee, and Development Committee, the Director of Development plays a central leadership role in advancing the Campaign for Quintessence at the Sedgwick and strengthening the organization’s culture of philanthropy.

Dornsife Center Creator’s Studio Supervisor - Part-Time
Job Summary
The Creators Studio is a music and media teaching, recording, and production space, at Drexel's Dornsife Center for Neighborhood Partnerships. The Creator's Studio Manager, reporting to the Executive Director of the Dornsife Center for Neighborhood Partnerships, will oversee all functions of the Creator's Studio including managing student employees, supporting educational programming within the studio, maintaining studio equipment, building relationships with local organizations and individual creators.

Position Overview
Full-Time Temporary/Seasonal: 8-week summer program + part-time spring planning
Allens Lane Art Center seeks an experienced and collaborative Camp Director to lead our arts-based
summer camp program. This role provides full leadership of camp operations, including staff supervision,
program implementation, camper safety, and family communication. The position begins part-time in spring
for hiring and planning and transitions to full-time during the 8-week summer camp season. This is an ideal
role for a strong youth-program leader who thrives in creative environments and is passionate about arts
education and community engagement.
Fine Art Crate Fabricator/Carpenter
Atelier Fine Art Services is seeking a full-time Fine Art Crate Fabricator/Carpenter in Philadelphia of any level to become part of the crate fabrication and woodshop team. This position is responsible for the production of custom made museum crates, travel frames, inner boxes, and inner components that are at times complex. Fabricators are familiar with a wide range of hand and power tools, including table saws, band saws, miter saws, routers and drills/impact drivers. Self motivation, time management, and attention to detail are essential qualities.

Operations and Facilities Coordinator
The Bearded Ladies Cabaret is looking for an Operations and Facilities Coordinator to join our staff. The Operations and Facilities Coordinator will serve as the primary hospitality lead for all Bearded Ladies projects and events. They will manage Bearded Ladies box offices and support front of house needs. They will coordinate travel, housing, and on site hospitality for staff, artists, administrators, and technicians and will serve as the primary liaison between the Beards and various rental facilities including performance venues and rehearsal spaces. Part of the role will involve working alongside the Artistic Director and Staff Producer to scout potential venues. They will contribute to identifying and solving the administrative needs of a fast-moving production company.

Camp Manager
The Abington Art Center seeks an energetic manager to oversee the operation of our summer art camps and handle the daily needs of camp instructors and students. The Manager will need to be organized and good with children ages 4-16. An art background with understanding of arts materials and syllabi/projects is preferred.
The Camp Manager will work 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-1:30 pm. Camp dates are: June 22-August 28. In addition, the Camp Manager will be required to schedule a training week in June before camp begins. Pay $16-$18/hour.
