The primary role of the FOHHM is to manage the patron experience once they have arrived at the theatre in coordination with the production team. The Sedgwick Theater is our home, and the FOHHM is the host and plays a key role in the patron experience.  This role works in close partnership with the Box Office Manager.

The primary role of the Box Office Manager (BOM) is to generate earned income through ticket sales and subscriptions. The BOM is part of a two-person team and they work in partnership with the part-time Front-of-House and Hospitality Manager. Both positions are patron and community-facing, while supporting our theatre artists.  

The BOM takes ownership of the Box Office, works well in a team environment, is a positive problem solver, and serves as a critical feedback link between patrons and staff.    

The Box Office Manager reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications.
