Learn How to Make Media: Video Production Boot Camp
MiND Boot Camp: You Can Do It!
Join us for a one day workshop on How to Make a 5-minute TV Program. Learn about concept development, video production, editing, and just about everything you need to know to bring your ideas to TV.
Spend the morning with our instructors and learn about concept development and how to efficiently pre-produce a program idea. Make sure you come with an idea for a 5 minute program! Take a short break and then jump right into shooting basics. Learn the primary functions of a video camera and how to properly frame a shot
Spend the afternoon in smaller groups to get a crash course in editing and participate in a field shoot. One of your afternoon sessions will require you to actually pre-produce one of your program ideas, so make sure you come prepared!
Corporate and Foundation Grantseeking
This course will instruct participants on how to fund their unique activities as well as impact effective grant writing and reporting skills. Help will be given on how to identify foundations willing to fund your activities.

Database Marketing Fundamentals - Targeting & Tracking
Join us for a two-hour "summer tune-up" session that's designed to sharpen your thinking and plant new ideas for the season ahead.
Database Marketing Fundamentals is a crash course in database marketing for beginners and a great refresher for experienced database marketers wanting to hone their skills, expand their expertise, and update their knowledge.
Joanne Steller from TRG will provide a database marketing overview that focuses on how to target your campaigns as well as how to track and evaluate response. You'll also learn how to set-up and implement tracking strategies in your organization, no matter your organizational size or budget.
You'll also hear two brief case studies from peer organizations; Network for New Music and the Philadelphia Museum of Art on how they have successfully targeted and tracked their campaigns.
