We organize and coordinate energetic advocacy efforts — from grassroots to treetops — focusing on the City of Philadelphia, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and aligned national efforts. Our work focuses on ensuring arts and culture are accessible throughout the region, regardless of neighborhood, income, or background.
Workforce Development & Job Growth
We strengthen the region’s creative workforce by cultivating the next generation of arts leaders through programs like the Bloomberg Arts Internship, while also supporting job growth through our Job Bank — Greater Philadelphia’s premier resource for arts and culture employment.
