Introduction to Budgeting

As the economy continues to change and remain uncertain for many of us in the nonprofit community, many organizations are revisiting current budgeting practices.

This workshop provides a review of financial terms and concepts and an overview of basic budgeting practices. The content is designed for executive directors of childcare organizations with annual budget sizes between $100,000 and $500,000, and other staff leaders seeking to enhance their budgeting experience.
