Westminster Choir College's Performance Management Department of Rider University seeks an individual to coordinate, maintain, and implement requirements of effectively presenting concerts, productions, tours, run outs, and special events. The successful candidate will develop procedures/policies for equipment and performance facilities and provide oversight of procedures/policies for performance facilities including Playhouse and Bristol Chapel. The Coordinator will also be responsible for responding to some of the Director of Choral Activities email communications.
Qualified candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree, music or arts preferred, along with at least 3 years experience in Arts or Music productions or related activities as well as touring experience. Individual must be highly organized, able to multi-task, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Rider University is in the process of identifying another entity to own and operate Westminster Choir College. Upon this transition, employment with Rider will terminate, and the continuance of the position will be at the discretion of that entity.
