Interim Co-Executive Director of Operations & Development

For over 200 years, the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA) - the oldest art museum and school in the nation - has supported a close-knit community of curators, faculty, critics, scholars, museum professionals, and alumni and created a home for contemporary artists to reinvent tradition and make their own mark on the future. PAFA is a national leader in fine arts education that brings together artists and the public through exceptional teaching programs, a world-class collection of American art, major exhibitions, and widely accessible public programs.

Arts Ed NJ, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, seeks a dynamic and passionate Individual Giving Development Coordinator to cultivate and implement strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of Arts Ed NJ and meet the goals of the organization’s new five-year strategic vision plan. This new part-time position (average 20 hours/week) will play a crucial role in building a robust and diversified donor portfolio in conjunction with the Board, Executive Director, and other staff. The position has been supported through a generous grant from NJ Cultural Trust.

Organizational Overview:

Fairmount Park Conservancy brings parks to life. We work with the City of Philadelphia and its communities to steward our parks and nurture our shared environment, cultural resources, and public health.  We lead capital projects and historic preservation efforts, foster neighborhood park stewardship, attract and leverage investments, and develop innovative programs throughout the 10,200 acres, including Fairmount Park, six other watershed parks, and more than 130 neighborhood parks and gardens around the city.

Summary

The Program Manager of Cultural Arts is responsible for supporting the mission of SpArc Services by working alongside the program manager and director, CPS Day Program to develop and manage all aspects of the cultural arts programming, including successful implementation of community events, expanding partnerships, and enhanced programming.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager is a motivated, enthusiastic business development professional who manages a diverse portfolio of corporate partnerships for the Museum.  This position is responsible for implementing a fundraising strategy and growing revenue through corporate support and engagement that builds vital links with the regional and national business community. The position reports to the Director of Development, Institutional Giving and Government Affairs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope, PA is in search of an Institutional Giving Manager. Bucks County Playhouse has become one of the leading regional theaters on the East Coast and is the largest arts organization in Bucks County.  BCP presents a year-round schedule of original productions, featuring stars of the stage and screen, and visiting artists presentations.

The Science History Institute is seeking a full-time Philanthropy Manager to manage a portfolio of individual, foundation, and corporate prospects with the goal of growing the Institute’s pipeline of donor relationships. In addition to managing a portfolio of prospects, the position will assist with the grants process, which includes writing select proposals and overseeing reporting responsibilities of some grants. The Philanthropy Manager will also assist with the planning of fundraising events and manage select awards within the Institute’s robust awards program.

Help Philly's fastest-growing percussion education family keep up with a busy calendar of grant writing!  Director Jesse Mell has written a ton of excellent grant applications and needs someone with strong writing and editing skills to browse saved content and select the most pertinent bits to fill new applications.  Jesse is a skilled and patient manager who will communicate clearly and punctually, making the co-working process supportive and rewarding.  

Development and Studio Administrator

The Development and Studio Administrator will work closely with and report to the Director of Development and the Associate Director. This integral role supports InLiquid's fundraising efforts with individuals, foundations, corporations, and government entities to advance the organization's mission. The role is full-time, in-person days and occasional evening and weekend event attendance.
