Reporting to the Co-Executive Directors, the Development and Community Engagement Manager will play a crucial role in supporting fundraising efforts, enhancing member communications, managing organizational assets, and engaging the CultureWorks community. This role requires exceptional communication skills and warm customer service, along with active participation in policy updates, nonprofit compliance, and relationship-building with donors and community members.

REPORTS TO: Director of Development

PAY: $65,000 -- $75,000; Full-time; Annual; Exempt

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Associate Director of Marketing & Communications is a vital member of the marketing team overseeing the Penn Live Arts website, advertising initiatives, blog and promotional outreach. The associate director also provides key support in print and web material production, public relations, social media and overall department operations.

Essential Functions: 

The Box Office Associate is responsible for assisting in managing the FringeArts Box Office and staffing Box Office at FringeArts curated performances. This person reports directly to the Client Services Manager and works closely with our Marketing and Development Departments.

Orchestra Program Intern
Reports to: Conductors, Program Manager, and Program Associate
Stipend: $2,500, paid in equal monthly installments between September 2024 and May 2025

The Orchestra Program Intern is responsible for assisting with all setup and functional needs during all Philadelphia Sinfonia Association (PSA) orchestra rehearsals, including PS, PSP, PSCO, and PSS. The Intern will work closely with the Music Director, Conductors, Program Manager, and Program Associate.

Essential Functions:

Position Title: Program Manager
Reports to: Executive Director and Music Director
Supervises: Program Interns
Hours: Part-time, 25-30 hours per week; attendance at all Saturday rehearsals and concerts is required.
Salary: $25,000; exempt

Title: Audience Engagement Associate

Commitment: 32 hours/week

Compensation:  $32,500/year +  Benefit Options

Job Reports to: Associate Director of Strategic Engagement 

OVERVIEW

Predominantly inward-focusing position on the Ticketing Services team.  Primary focuses include managing Ticketing Services staff, assisting interdepartmentally and providing partial weekend coverage.

Ushers play a significant role in the FOH department, offering the highest level of customer service for any patron, artist, client or visiting member of the public.

Responsibilities of ushers include, but are not limited to:
