JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant for Development and Meetings is responsible for providing a wide range of high-level, administrative support to three program staff.  These functions include coordinating development activities, database management, preparing correspondence, and handling event logistics and registration.  Ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Must be well organized and enjoy a small office environment.

Salary: $48,000 - $52,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Assist the Cantor with a focus on the Cantor’s calendar including internal as well as congregant and b’nai mitzvah student meetings.

The Research Analyst assists fundraising efforts by providing diverse research deliverables to frontline fundraisers, executives, and other stakeholders.

The Membership Coordinator plays an integral role in delivering high value to our members. As a member of a team, this individual’s management and coordination of operational activities is vital to the execution of programs, initiatives, and day-to-day operations. Essential Functions

Art In Transit is rapidly expanding and is in need of Art Handlers on an hourly basis.  The work includes the completion of art services such as transportation, packing, and crating.  The Art Handler must have a clear understanding of fine art handling practices as well as the ability handle a wide array of high end household items including but not limited to furniture, mirrors, rugs etc.
