Job Purpose:

Through the Art Bridges Cohort Program, the Delaware Art Museum is leading a group of six museums collaborating on loans and exhibitions focused on American illustration. Our partners are the Billy Ireland Cartoon Library & Museum at Ohio State University, Brandywine Museum of Art, Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art, New Britain Museum of American Art, and the Norman Rockwell Museum.

The Delaware Art Museum is seeking a Collection Care Apprentice to serve as an integral member of the collections team, collaborating with curators, registrars, and preparators to assess and document the condition of works of art, prepare works of art for presentation and travel, and track the condition and location of works in the collections database. This is a multiyear (2–5 years) position, with potential for extension, funded by the Art Bridges Foundation. This is a full-time onsite position reporting to the Head Registrar.

Noteworthy Philadelphia is seeking an Audio Engineer (Vocal Production & Mixing) to shape the sound of our dynamic vocal ensemble. This role is ideal for an early-career audio engineer, producer, or technically skilled musician eager to develop leadership experience in vocal production, collaborative audio workflows, and music-video-driven projects. You’ll work closely with the executive team to support recorded performances and music videos, transforming multitrack vocal recordings into polished, video-ready audio. This is a volunteer position with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role over time. Singers based in the Greater Philadelphia area are encouraged to audition and join the group as performing members, though neither ensemble membership nor local residence are required for this role.
