Grounds For Sculpture (GFS) is at the beginning of a long path toward building a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive (EDI) institution. Philadelphia Jewish Film and Media (PJFM) seeks movie buffs who are looking to go behind the scenes in film programming and help expand this organization with their passion and skills by joining the Screening Committee. Screening Committee members receive confidential, online screener links to the latest films – features and shorts – from across the globe to consider for PJFM’s annual programming, including its signature Jewish film and media festival every November.

Princeton University Art Museum seeking annual Support Associate. 

Reporting to the Manager of Individual Giving, the Annual Support Associate is a development administrative professional. The Annual Support Associate will be responsible for all membership gift processing, including accurate and timely membership data entry and fulfillment; updating and maintaining membership records; generating the mailing of all membership renewal and appeal letters; providing excellent customer service via phone and email to current and prospective members; and assisting the manager with all membership communications, including acknowledgment letters.

Overview: The Greater Princeton Youth Orchestra (GPYO) seeks a creative, and energetic nonprofit manager to guide this sixty-year-old program through its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate must have a passion for music education and will have a strong track record in fundraising and organizational development. This is a wonderful opportunity for a strategic and collaborative leader gifted at building relationships.

Reports to: GPYO Board of Directors 

Responsibilities: The Executive Director is the public representative of our four-ensemble program for young instrumentalists who love music and want to see where it can take them! You ensure the effective and efficient day-to-day operations, and work in collaboration with the artistic staff to provide a supportive, challenging, and rewarding ensemble experience for our students. You motivate and lead the staff and board as the GPYO strengthens its partnership with the Westminster Conservatory and builds bridges with others who share our vision for providing training and performance opportunities to our members. You provide structure and direction for new programming and organizational initiatives and play an active role in ongoing board development and strategic planning.

Grounds For Sculpture is seeking part-time, (average of 25 hours per week) Visitor Assistants for our Guest Services Department. The Visitor Assistant reports directly to the Managers of Guest Services.  The Visitor Assistant, Guest Services is responsible for the daily GFS operational procedures and assisting visitors. Their primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, selling tickets, enforcing security and safety guidelines and distributing information.

Grounds For Sculpture is seeking a full time Senior Visitor Assistant to join our team. The Senior Visitor Assistant reports directly to the Manager of Guest Services and is responsible for daily Guest Services operational tasks, assisting visitors and providing excellent customer service, working on administrative tasks, training new Guest Service staff  and assisting with events held at GFS.  

The Meyer Family Award for Contemporary Art, presented by Main Line Art Center in Haverford, PA in conjunction with the Betsy Meyer Memorial Exhibition, consists of an award of $1000 and a solo exhibition to each selected artist.
