Learning At a Later Lunch - Setting Goals for 2011 and Beyond COMPLIMENTARY Webinar

It's that time of the year, when goals are being set and as I was reminded today, often being set up to never reach achievement. So when is a good time to set goals? What should a goal consist of...really? What is the best way to keep them in check? How do I know if I've met a single goal? How do I juggle multiple goals at the same time?

This session is being offered as a pre-cursor to joining the "Accountability Club."

OBJECTIVES:

1. Getting the Basics: Nomenclature – understanding the difference between goals and "lists."

2. The Do's and Don'ts - identify your distractors and the "BSO's" that lead us astray

3. Augmenting the SMART goal system by assessing your own "E$T"

4. Driving the stake into the ground

5. Mind-mapping and backward planning towards achievement

Learn how to integrate the five C's of goal setting to complement your efforts and direct your energy.

* It starts with a clearer understanding of what it is you want to accomplish.
* Convince others of the intended challenge and value.
* Commit to writing your goals down.
* Create your personalized action plan.
* Critique it and review it and STICK to IT.
