Costumer/Seamstress Assistant

Brandywine Ballet is seeking a Costumer/Seamstress Assistant for our 2017-18 Season 

-Costumer Assistant is needed for fittings, alterations, repairs, and embellishment for Brandywine Ballet's productions of Dracula in October 2017, The Nutcracker in December, 2017 and Sleeping Beauty in May, 2018 (specific dates and times are listed below under the Scope of Work)

-Costumer Assistant is also needed on-site during all theatre rehearsals and performances for repairs and dressing assistance.

-Costumer Assistant will be part of a team of three, and will be guided in tasks by the Costumer.

-Costumer Assistant has a likelihood of regular contact with children under the age of 18, therefore, pursuant to the laws of the Commonwelath of Pennsylvania, we require Costumer Assistant to provide us with the following documents: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA Criminal Record Check, and Federal Criminal Record Check.

Compensation of $10/hour
