The Operations & Guest Services Intern will assist in identifying and providing solutions to real-time customer experience opportunities in an administrative setting and at the Mann’s campus during select events. Primary Responsibilities:

The Marketing Intern will provide promotional support for the Marketing & Communications department by engaging new and existing FringeArts audiences. They will develop and implement strategies to create content within a brand voice for different contexts including social media, email marketing, and PR. They will learn about creating and implementing marketing & PR plans and schedules to promote a calendar of live events.

Responsibilities:

The Mann Center for the Performing Arts seeks an outgoing, motivated, and detail-oriented person for a Marketing Creative Services internship within the Mann’s Marketing Department. This position requires an understanding of visual arts concepts and hands-on videography, photography, graphics, and editing/post-production skills. This role will assist in developing the Mann's digital presence across multiple channels and requires a strong understanding of marketing concepts, excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Development Intern provides critical support for the Development team, including but not limited to donor services, special events, donor relations, membership, and assistance with other solicitations during the Mann’s summer concert season.

The Delaware Art Museum’s Museum Educator Development Program is a 12-month placement that offers a select opportunity to develop hands-on experience and a full range of skills in museum and art education. Museum Educators (MEs) work closely with museum staff and collaborate with each other to design curricula, lead tours, and facilitate programming that aligns with DelArt’s education goals. Along with these primary responsibilities, MEs can gain added opportunities and exposure to the museum field by contributing to special projects, partnerships, and public programs in the Art & Learning Department. 

The Development Intern will provide administrative support to the Development team by assisting in all aspects of FringeArts fundraising efforts. Working collaboratively across departments, they will gain a clear-eyed understanding of how an arts organization functions and fits within its community as they identify its needs and develop creative and strategic plans to address them.

The Financial Arts Management Intern will work with the Finance Director and the Finance Associate on the daily bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative needs of the organization.

The Patron and Venue Services Co-op will provide administrative support to the Front of House & Grants Manager as well as the General Manager by processing expense forms, familiarizing oneself with patron and building data for grant opportunities, correspondence with potential rental opportunities, updating membership to inquiry outreach organizations and general upkeep of office functionality and building management as well as coordinating FOH staffing and much more!
