Performance Garage, a non-profit dance center and theater in Philadelphia, in its 21st year of serving the Philadelphia dance community, seeks a dedicated, organized full-time Managing Director.  The Performance Garage serves as a home for dance artists and dance making with classes, rehearsals, and intimate performances.

The Executive Director is responsible for University City Arts League (UCAL) daily operations, staff, programming, fundraising, public relations, and mission implementation. They will provide the leadership to drive this vibrant organization into its next phase of growth while working collaboratively with a committed Board of Directors, a full-time and part-time staff, a faculty of teaching artists, volunteers, and external partners.

The West Philadelphia Cultural Alliance (WPCA), which operates the Paul Robeson House & Museum, is primed for growth, and seeks its first paid full-time Executive Director to guide programs, engage the community and build a sustainable base of support. The West Philadelphia Cultural Alliance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Theatre Philadelphia is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the leader and chief administrative officer of a $400,000 organization.  The Executive Director (ED) acts as both the day-to-day manager of the work and the public face of the organization. The ED is the lead fundraiser and strategist, working with two staff members, a board of directors, and over 100 volunteers to develop and achieve the organization’s goals. Duties include crafting a strategic plan, prospecting and managing institutional and individual funder relationships, building connections with the leadership of our theatre community, managing finances, and serving as producer for the Barrymore Awards Ceremony and Celebration. The ED must be equal parts community organizer, administrator, entrepreneurial executive, and enthusiastic spokesperson. 

Supporting our new decade goals of 100 million people in America engaging with the Scriptures, the Executive Director of the Faith and Liberty Discovery Center (FLDC), LLC, an American Bible Society operation, holds the primary responsibility for the successful operation of the FLDC, and will possess the ability to create and support a learning environment, so that staff will adopt AAM standards and promote best practices for cultural and educational institutions.

Family Office Principal with multiple civic, philanthropic, and business interests is seeking a seasoned Managing Director with family office experience and/or experience supporting corporate and non-profit leaders. Position is based in Philadelphia and the focus of the position is on administrative, staff, and office management.
