Responsibilities: The Executive Director is the public representative of our four-ensemble program for young instrumentalists who love music and want to see where it can take them! You ensure the effective and efficient day-to-day operations, and work in collaboration with the artistic staff to provide a supportive, challenging, and rewarding ensemble experience for our students. You motivate and lead the staff and board as the GPYO strengthens its partnership with the Westminster Conservatory and builds bridges with others who share our vision for providing training and performance opportunities to our members. You provide structure and direction for new programming and organizational initiatives and play an active role in ongoing board development and strategic planning.

The Digital Communications Manager is responsible for managing Fleisher’s social media calendar and content, developing new strategies for campaigns and initiatives to expand reach. Beyond managing content, the Digital Communications Manager also contributes creative content in the form of graphic design, supplemental photography, and video. BASIC FUNCTION:                                            The  Associate Director of Development - Museum manages the Museum’s fundraising for educational programs, exhibitions, strategic initiatives, and capital projects; and is responsible for raising significant contributed revenue through grant funding from individuals, private, government, community, and family foundations; tracking and managing a contributed revenue line that includes museum donors, foundations, corporations, and individuals; and coordinating prospect research for potential museum donors.

Philadelphia Women’s Theatre Festival (PWTF) is seeking a Website & Design Specialist to join their arts management team.  The Website & Design Specialist reports directly to the Marketing Manager.  This is an 8-month position (February 2022 – September 2022) with the opportunity to extend the contract.  This position offers a flexible schedule and requires approximately 10 hours of remote work per month, plus virtual staff meetings.  On-site availability is preferred for special events, as well as the 8th annual festival (August 4 - 7, 2022).  During the height of festival season (June through mid-August), monthly hours are expected to increase to approximately 10 – 15.
