As a member of the College’s senior management team and reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer manages the College’s finance and accounting operations in their entirety.  Daily operations include overseeing and supporting payroll and accounts payable and receivables.  Provides management and Trustees with analysis of the financial position of the organization on a regular basis.   Projections and budgeting are a key function of this position.

The Center for Art in Wood is a small museum with exhibitions, programs, an art colllection and an outstanding research library of books, videos, artists files, and journals on the woodworking and craft field.  We are in search of a librarian to catalog new book acquisitions with experience in the Dewey Decimal System.  Flexible schedule within normal business hours, Mon-Sat.  MLS students may arrange for course credit, if the project fits your curriculum. The Center is in Old City Philadelphia, close to many SEPTA routes, and is wheelchair accessible.

The Chemical Heritage Foundation has several openings for part-time conference center services assistants.  We are looking for dedicated, high-energy candidates that have hospitality or events industry experience.  Conference Center Assistants are responsible for providing a high quality experience for our customers attending events at our start-of-the-art facility.  Duties include: room and food display set-up, as well as clean-up and break-down of events.  These positions will require a flexible schedule, as we host events during the business day, as well evenings and weekends.
