Art-Reach’s Cultural Accessibility Training

Cultural Alliance members can receive $100 off the Cultural Accessibility Training that Art-Reach provides to cultural employees, volunteers and stakeholders. The training, run by Art-Reach’s expert staff, empowers your institution to be more accessible and inviting to people with disabilities. This training can be tailored for a certain department and/or cover current customer/guest/patron services and best practices. Offering this training to our members is part of our DEI Action plan, which we released in September 2017.

For information on taking advantage of this exclusive member benefit, please contact us at membership@philaculture.org or call 215-557-7811 and select option 5.

Here’s what some of our members are saying about Art-Reach’s training:

“[Art-Reach was] easy to work with and provided us with a wealth of knowledge and practical training that could be immediately implemented. I was impressed with the long lasting impact this hour-long class has had on our team and our operation.”
Brett Bertolino, Vice President, Director of Operations at Eastern State Penitentiary

“Art-Reach’s incredible Cultural Accessibility Training...provided knowledge, historical perspective, and a passionate engagement with our Visitor Experience and Security staff. It’s great to have organizations like Art-Reach create experiences as thoughtful as they are necessary.”
Matthew Herzog, Visitor Experience Supervisor, PAFA

“[Art-Reach] was very engaging with our staff and presented real-life scenarios that they could relate to which is very important.  We look forward to having Art-Reach come to the museum to do more training sessions with our staff in the future.”
Cindy Helmstetter, Manager of Visitor Services, Museum of the American Revolution
