Call for volunteers to help artists during the Philadelphia Open Studio Tours (POST): October 19, 20, 26, 27, noon-6pm each day.

This is great opportunity for undergraduate/graduate arts students or anyone interested in the arts to work with artists and help realize the largest open studios event in the region!

Our internships are available to (undergraduate/graduate) college students and recent college graduates to get to know a key player in the regional support system for visual artists. In this small non-profit arts organization, interns will have a unique hands-on experience, building upon skills and experiences learned in the classroom and applied in the field.

The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia offers paid internships for students and emerging professionals interested in performing arts administration, production, and various aspects of nonprofit administration and management. We welcome interns from all academic and professional backgrounds. Interns assist with programming, marketing, development, and event operations. Academic credit may be available.

The Master of Arts in Theatre program at VILLANOVA UNIVERSITY offers a distinct fusion of inspiring academic work and practical production experience. Our flexible, multi-faceted degree program prepares students from a variety of disciplines to succeed on stage, behind-the-scenes and in the classroom. The comprehensive MA can be completed in two years as a full-time student.

Each year the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance seeks individuals to serve on Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts grant advisory panels. Panelists contribute artistic, administrative, educational, and operational perspectives in discussion and evaluation of grant applications.

As a volunteer panelist, you’ll have the opportunity to forge new connections with peers who share your passion for arts and culture while supporting your community. A vital voice in the decision making process, panelists get an up-close look at the grantmaking process and learn about the many creative ways artists and arts organizations are making a difference in the Greater Philadelphia region.

We are currently accepting applications for Creative Sector Flex Fund panels. Panels will be held virtually; there will be no in person meeting.

The InLiquid Internship Program will offer the experience of working in a nonprofit arts organization. Internships are designed primarily for undergraduate or graduate students, although open to anyone with a strong desire and commitment. Interns will work closely with InLiquid staff and will be involved with regular activities as well as special projects as needed.

The InLiquid Internship Program will offer the experience of working in a nonprofit arts organization. The Artistic Programming Intern will assist the Programming Department in meeting the individual and logistical needs of presented and independent artists.

Responsibilities may include: Data entry, scheduling assistance, helping with building maintenance and general upkeep issues, coordinate and follow up with facility needs. Fielding ticket and membership inquiry calls; assisting with front of house operations at venues; coordinating volunteers for events; other administrative support as needed.

The Financial Arts Management Intern will work with the Finance Director and the Finance Associate on the daily bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative needs of the organization.

Responsibilities may include: assist with financial management operations; learn accounting software; assist with accounts payable, account reconciliation, credit card purchases, and petty cash processing; help update budgeting & forecasting spreadsheets; assist with HR paperwork; and scanning and filing vendor documents.
