Position Overview:

Support the operation of the Competitive Classes area of the Flower Show, including committee and exhibitor support. Work with committee members, exhibitors, and volunteers. Provide full range of exhibitor support, including administering the application process. Provide record-keeping on the Flower Show Data Base (FSDB). Work closely with the Hort data specialist to understand and document the Hort process, points system, management of FSDB, and Exhibitor’s Guide creation.

Central Role:         The Artistic Operations Coordinator is the central office administrator for the Artistic and Production Departments concentrating on Artistic Operations financial management, contract management, company management, and department support

Creative Philadelphia (formerly the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Arts, Culture, and the Creative Economy) and Rebuild announce a competition to commission site-specific, permanent, public artworks to be installed at Francis J. Myers Recreation Center (5801 Kingsessing Ave), which is located in the Kingsessing neighborhood of Southwest Philadelphia.

The Digital Content Manager is responsible for overseeing all digital properties, including the station's website, app, and social media channels, with a focus on enhancing audience engagement, building the brand, and distributing the station’s original programming and editorial content to new and existing audiences. They will oversee editorial, video production, and web development teams to ensure digital content aligns with the organization’s broader goals, KPIs, mission, and brand. They will also manage social media strategies.
This position requires strong leadership skills, cross-departmental collaboration, and the ability to strategically align content creation with the needs of the programming, marketing and revenue departments. The Digital Content Manager will lead a team, develop and manage workflows, and actively participate in content production.
