Arts Advocacy Day - 2013

On April 8th & 9th Americans for the Arts will bring together a broad cross section of cultural and civic organizations, including grassroots advocates from across the country, to underscore the importance of developing strong public policies and appropriating increased public funding for the arts.
The 26th Annual Nancy Hanks Lecture on Arts and Public Policy on the evening of the 8th will feature world famous cellist, Yo-Yo Ma!
