This workshop shares practical approaches to managing your organization in the aftermath of the economic downturn. In addition to sharing techniques for assessing your organization’s financial health, presenters will also provide tips and methods for cashflow projections, understanding program economics and scenario planning. This workshop is designed to assist nonprofits to be adaptable in a changing economic environment.
