The Booking Coordinator is a vital part of the Rising Sun Presents programming team, supporting the successful execution of concerts across our portfolio of venues, series, festivals, & accounts. This role blends administrative precision with creative insight, working closely with our talent buyers, artist teams, and venue staff to bring unforgettable live event experiences to life.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Executive Director (ED) leads the execution of The Jazz Bridge Project mission. This includes program oversight, financial and personnel management, with a strong focus on identifying and securing funding to drive revenue growth and long-term sustainability. The ED works closely with the Board, Staff, Volunteers, and Committees to expand funding sources, elevate Jazz Bridge’s brand, broaden its reach, and strengthen community partnerships.

Summary

The Program Manager of Cultural Arts is responsible for supporting the mission of SpArc Services by working alongside the program manager and director, CPS Day Program to develop and manage all aspects of the cultural arts programming, including successful implementation of community events, expanding partnerships, and enhanced programming.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to provide dedicated financial support to the Performance Garage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and a deep understanding of non-profit accounting. This role requires twice weekly in-person work days with the Performance Garage team and a commitment to maintaining financial confidentiality and trust.

The Executive Director (ED) will partner with Founding Artistic Director John Jarboe, The Bearded Ladies staff, Associate Artists, and the larger community in shaping the next phase of The Bearded Ladies Cabaret. They will lead The Bearded Ladies in community building, resource development and allocation, and strategic planning. The ED will manage staff and facilities, and partner with the Artistic Director on program strategy and the long-term growth of the organization.
