The CEA grant program provides creative entrepreneurs with small business consulting and critical financial resources, helping them grow business and revenue.
What is the cea grant program?
Creative entrepreneurs drive innovation, economic opportunity, and community identity through creative products and services. This program provides $2,000 in support to Pennsylvania entrepreneurs who currently operate or plan to launch a business that aligns with our eligibility criteria. GPCA administers the grant on behalf of PA Creative Industries (opens in new tab) through the Partners in the Arts (PPA) Program.
Important Dates
The 2026 application window has officially closed.
- Referral Meeting window: March 3, 2026 – May 15, 2026
- Application Window: March 2, 2026 – May 22, 2026
- Successful Applicant Notification: July 2026
- Fund Utilization period: August 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026
- Final Report Submissions: December 31, 2026
