Advocacy

We are relentless advocates for arts and culture at the City, State, and Federal levels—amplifying the sector’s voice where decisions are made. Through policy leadership, direct engagement with elected officials, and coordinated sector mobilization, we turn collective priorities into actionable impact.

Why & How we AdvocaTE

Arts advocacy matters—because decisions made at City Hall in Philadelphia, in Harrisburg, and in Washington, D.C. determine whether our sector thrives or struggles. We ensure arts and culture show up with power, clarity, and a unified voice where it matters most.

We advocate by working hand-in-hand with our members to set shared policy priorities, engaging directly with elected officials and decision-makers, mobilizing the sector and its allies when action is needed, and issuing timely communications and advocacy alerts that keep our community informed and ready to respond.
