Grant Programs
We power the creative sector by administering grants that support the industry’s creative community.
Important Update
Alongside its new identity as PA Creative Industries, the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) has adopted a new strategic framework and updated its mission to strengthen the Commonwealth through the arts. As part of this transition, the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA) program will sunset, concluding the Cultural Alliance’s role as the southeastern region’s administrator at the end of FY26. For over two decades, the Cultural Alliance has steered PPA funding — including the Creative Sector Flex Fund (CSFF) and Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator (CEA). Further updates are available below.
Powering the Creative Sector Through Grants
As a regional partner for Pennsylvania Creative Industries (opens in new tab), powered by Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance administers funding that supports artists and arts organizations across Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. We help evaluate proposals and distribute grants—expanding access to critical resources and strengthening the reach and impact of arts and culture throughout the region.

The Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator Program
Creative entrepreneurs are essential drivers of innovation, opportunity, and growth within our evolving creative economy. The Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator provides targeted small business consulting and up to $2,000 in critical funding to help entrepreneurs strengthen their businesses and expand revenue. Support for the Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator is provided by Pennsylvania Creative Industries, powered by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts.
The Creative Sector Flex Fund (no longer operational)
The 2025–2026 Creative Sector Flex Fund (CSFF) grant program was designed to meet the evolving needs of the field by providing flexible $5,000 awards that organizations could use where impact was greatest—across administrative, programmatic, or project-related expenses. Applications are now closed, grants were awarded in January 2026, and this program will not be offered moving forward. PA Creative Industries has introduced the Creative Asset Program, a new funding opportunity supporting small- to mid-sized creative organizations whose work aligns with key priorities in its strategic framework.
