Hayley Segraves is the Executive Assistant and Board Liaison at the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, where she supports organizational leadership and facilitates board engagement. With a background in arts administration and a degree in Film and Media Arts, she has a deep passion for the arts and creative communities. Over the past five years, Hayley has worked in nonprofit arts administration, where she enjoys connecting people, ideas, and resources to strengthen the cultural sector.
