EgoPo has a $320,000 budget, a 3-person full-time staff, a subscription/membership base of 300 and audience of 3000, and a reputation for ambitious theater-making. EgoPo is at an exciting moment of growth, currently in planning for a new home theater.

The Managing Director leads all Administrative, Development, and Marketing areas for the company, working alongside a full-time Associate Producer, a full-time Management Assistant, and project-based production/artistic staff.  The Managing Director reports directly to the Executive/Artistic Director.
