GPCA Production Host Account SSH:
IP: 67.225.191.117
Login: root
Password: gpca100sbs Login: philacul password: gpca100sbs SQL: user: philacul_philacu password: X7cu@H_E database: philacul_dev WEB: host.philaculture.org Information for Account 154165:
--------------------------------------------------

Your server is initially assigned 4 IP addresses.  If you
need more IPs and have used at least 3 of the 4 IPs on your
server, please visit https://www.liquidweb.com/PIMS/ to
request new IPs.

          Host: host.philaculture.org
  IP Addresses: 67.225.191.117 - 67.225.191.120

In order to get new IPs, we need to provide justification to
the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN), and we
must meet specific regulations, including one that
stipulates at least 80% of our IPs are in active use. Since
many of our customers do not use all of the IPs they have
available, we can only assign a partial amount initially in
order to ensure we will not have any problems securing
additional IP addresses when we need them.

Account Management / PIMS:
--------------------------------------------------

You may review or update the status of your billing account
using the following URL:

https://www.liquidweb.com/PIMS/

Username: philacul
Password:

You will be able to view your billing information as well as
traffic graphs for your virtual server in our PIMS system.

cPanel/WHM:
---------------------------------------------------

You may login to your secure WebHost Manager at the
following address to begin setting up accounts:

            Host: host.philaculture.org
           https://67.225.191.117:2087
           Login: root
        Password:

The first time you login to your WebHost Manager, you may be
prompted for some additional information such as an email
address to forward "root" mail to, or to "Add an A Entry"
for your server name.  Both are safe to do. If you are
unsure about a setting, please contact our support staff.

This interface allows you to control many aspects
of your server, including the addition of your first few
domain names.  Be sure to uncheck the IP option when going
to "Create a new account" unless you have multiple IP
addresses on your machine and you want to allocate an IP
for the new account.

You must use the WebHost Manager to set up any domains you
wish to use on the machine for hosting.  When you create a
new account, it will automatically configure the control
panel for that account, as well as all relevant FTP
accounts.

Once you have set up accounts on your server, you may access
their individual control panels using:

    http://67.225.191.117/cpanel

        or securely:

    https://67.225.191.117/cpanel

Or, once those domain names are registered, using:

    http://www.philaculture.org/cpanel

        or securely:

    https://www.philaculture.org/cpanel

cPanel and VPS Compatibility Info:
---------------------------------------------------

Please do not enable "SMTP Tweak" in the "Tweak Security"
section of your WebHost Manager. This feature is incompatible
with your VPS and will cause mail deliveries to fail. Also,
please do not enable "Shell Fork Bomb Protection" as it is
also incompatible.

SSH:
----------------------------------------------------------

You may login via ssh (Secure Shell) as the root user to
your Linux server using the following information:

              IP: 67.225.191.117
           Login: root
        Password:

If you do not know how to use the Unix (Linux) shell, you
will want to exercise great care when using ssh. If you are
not confident in your Unix knowledge, continue to use the
WebHost Manager or contact support if you have any
questions.

Domain Registration:
----------------------------------------------------------

If you chose to have us register a domain name for you,
please read the following section:

Your domain has been submitted for registration.  We have
begun processing with the registrar, however the actual
amount of time before your domain name is registered is out
of our control.

As soon as your domain name is approved, propagation must
occur (world-wide name server updates). Most domains are
active within 72 hours or less.  Until then you will be able
to access your server at:

        http://67.225.191.117

Once your domain name is approved and propagated you can
access your main web site at:

        http://philaculture.org
        http://www.philaculture.org

You can access any of your Linux user accounts by using:
        http://67.225.191.117/~username

DNS / Nameserver Setup:
----------------------------------------------------------

We strongly recommend that you register and operate
nameservers for your domains through your own server. This
ensures maximum compatibility with cPanel.

If you do not register your own nameservers, then you must
request DNS setups by Liquid Web Inc. and use our
primary/secondary nameservers. It is recommended that you
use your own nameservers on your server.

You must register nameservers for your server with your
domain name registrar in order for them to be active.

To check how the nameservers are set up on your cPanel
server, please click on the "Manage Assigned Nameserver IPs"
link in the WebHost Manager.  This will give you the
nameserver name and IP combination which you will need to
register with at your domain name registrar.

After the nameservers have been created with your domain
name registrar, you will be able to resolve domains using
your server's nameservers after a few days.  If you did not
specify nameservers on the order form, you will need to
configure them yourself or submit a HelpDesk ticket.

If you do not want to control DNS for your domains on your
server, and would prefer to have us manage them for you,
transfer your domain name to the following anonymous name
servers:

(This does not apply if you are using your own nameservers.)

Primary Name Server
 7a.  Primary Server Hostname......:NS.SOURCEDNS.COM
 7b.  Primary Server Netaddress....:209.59.139.22

 Secondary Name Server(s)
 8a.  Secondary Server Hostname....:NS1.SOURCEDNS.COM
 8b.  Secondary Server Netaddress..:64.91.251.237

Or to our normal name server set:

Primary Name Server
 7a.  Primary Server Hostname......:NS.LIQUIDWEB.COM
 7b.  Primary Server Netaddress....:209.59.139.20

 Secondary Name Server(s)
 8a.  Secondary Server Hostname....:NS1.LIQUIDWEB.COM
 8b.  Secondary Server Netaddress..:64.91.251.155

If you require any assistance configuring your nameservers,
please do not hesitate to contact our support, as this is a
crucial step.

Monitoring:
----------------------------------------------------------

Our monitoring system checks to make sure certain services
are running on your server every 5 minutes, and if it
detects that anything is down, it will immediately page us
through Instant Messenger as well as email. We can then log
into your server and restart the service, or, if there is a
problem with your server, we can fix it and get it back
online right away.

For Linux servers, it is very important that you keep the
root password to your server up to date with us at all
times.  If you change the root password to your server,
please also update the server in PIMS:

https://www.liquidweb.com/PIMS/content/billing/cp.html

We need to have your password on file so that we can
restart the server or services when they are down, and
to apply urgent security updates or kernel updates.

If you have cPanel on your server, then we will monitor the
following services by default: cPanel, FTP, HTTP, POP3, SSH,
SMTP, and Ping (if the server is up). If you do not have
cPanel, then by default we will monitor the server to make
sure it is up only with Ping.  If you install a firewall on
your server that prevents access from servers on our
network, please notify us immediately as our monitoring
system will think your services are down if it cannot
connect to them.

A second system health monitor was also installed on your
server.  It is a system developed by Liquid Web Inc. which
reports back to us vital statistics that we need to keep
your server running at full performance. It reports back
things like disk space usage on your partitions, server
load, memory and swap usage, etc.  Currently, this is only
available on servers running Linux with cPanel. We
anticipate that it will be available on other operating
systems and configurations in the future.  If you have any
questions about our monitoring system and procedures, please
contact us.

Fantastico and XController:
----------------------------------------------------------

If you have Fantastico installed on your server, you can
administer it securely by logging into your WebHost Manager.
Once logged in, scroll to the very bottom of the frame on
the left side on the screen. Under the 'Addons' menu, click
on the link labeled 'Fantastico De Luxe WHM Admin'

XController will also be installed and selected as a theme
for cPanel.

If your server does not have Fantastico installed, and you
would like to have it installed, please contact our support
team.
