Venue & Patron Services Intern | Summer 2025

The Patron and Venue Services Co-op will provide administrative support to the Front of House & Grants Manager as well as the General Manager by processing expense forms, familiarizing oneself with patron and building data for grant opportunities, correspondence with potential rental opportunities, updating membership to inquiry outreach organizations and general upkeep of office functionality and building management as well as coordinating FOH staffing and much more!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry
  • Scheduling assistance
  • Assist with building maintenance and general upkeep issues
  • Coordinate and follow up with facility needs
  • Field ticket and membership inquiry calls
  • Assisting with front of house operations at venues
  • Coordinating volunteers for events
  • Other administrative support as needed.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Great customer service and phone skills
  • Enthusiastic & adaptable to change
  • Familiarity with Excel & Google Suite
  • Previous Box Office experience is a plus
  • Previous experience with PatronManager or Salesforce is a plus

 

While this internship is unpaid, college credit is available depending on the intern’s college program. FringeArts will provide interns with a $200 travel stipend to be used for transportation costs.

18-20 hours per week preferred. Occasional weekend hours and evening hours may be required for events. Please note we are a dog-friendly office!
