COVID-19 ARPA PA Arts and Culture Recovery Program (PACR)Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance is the regranting partner for the PA Arts and Culture Recovery Program (PACR) Pandemic Payments to Art and Culture Professionals. This funding will provide a $3,000 payment for working artists and arts and culture professionals in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester counties who suffered financial losses due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. All funds are provided as a one-time unrestricted emergency relief grant, with no reporting requirements. Funding is available to distribute 150 awards. Grants will be awarded until funds are expended. Application opens on Monday, February 24 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) and closes Friday, March 21 at 5:00 p.m.

EligibilityAn applicant must meet these basic eligibility requirements and submit a completed application with all supporting documents for their application to be considered.
Award Selection Process: Criteria for PrioritizationPrioritization of funding will be based on multiple criteria. Each of these criteria will receive up to 1 point and there is a maximum of five (5) points possible. The higher the total number of points, the higher prioritization an applicant will receive. How to ApplyApplications can be submitted only through Submittable. Applications will not be accepted via email or paper copy. Applicants may only submit one request. The application in Submittable will become available when the application window opens on Monday, February 24th at 12:00 p.m. (noon). Please review a copy of the application here. We encourage you to prepare your answers and materials in advance. The application deadline is Friday, March 21 at 5:00 p.m. The Submittable application will close automatically. Please do not wait until the last minute to apply; internal computer clock settings may vary slightly and a last minute submission is not guaranteed.
