We do this through a variety of events and services for current and prospective businesses, as well as residents and visitors. The LEDC operates two brick-and-mortar spaces, UtilityWorks and the MakerSpace. Both include affordable artist studios as well as space open for use by the broader community. The LEDC oversees the administration and planning of several festivals and fairs, including Arts on the Ave, a fall outdoor street festival, A Bit of the Arts, an indoor winter fine art festival, and the Lansdowne Farmers Market, which runs weekly during the summer and at select times during the rest of the year. Additionally, the LEDC partners with the Lansdowne Borough to aid in the production of events.
