Partnerships CoordinatorPosition Title: Partnerships Coordinator Department: Programs Reports to: Director of Learning and Engagement
Position Summary The Partnerships Coordinator will be at the center of NLM’s work to coordinate diverse partnerships with external organizations and individuals that will impact exhibition, program and implementation through a community co-curation model. The Partnerships Coordinator will lead outreach with identified partners, research new partnerships, build relationships, manage partnership projects, liaise with multiple stakeholders, and evaluate and refine engagement strategies and efforts. The Partnerships Coordinator will facilitate working sessions between NLM and external partners that involve attentive listening and dialogue, generate and assess ideas, and improve clarity about the partnership, shared vision, and next steps. The Partnerships Coordinator will work closely with museum staff, advisory groups, and consultants to ensure a smooth process.

Salary This is a grant-funded, 2-year term position with the possibility of extension depending on future funding. Salary is negotiable with experience in a range of $47-57,000. |
