Marketing ManagerThe Marketing Manager is responsible for executing Theatre Exile’s social media strategy and managing the organization's community relationships. The MM reports to the Director of Operations and works closely with all departments, outside designers, and marketing professionals to ensure messaging consistency with overall marketing goals.The job responsibilities include: Social Media: Develop engaging content for all of Exile’s programs and events across multiple social media platforms Manage content calendars and scheduling for consistent posting Work closely with all departments and outside vendors (graphic designer, marketing agency) to ensure social media content is aligned with overall marketing objectives Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback on social media channels Foster community engagement and growth through interactive social media campaigns and initiatives Analyze and maintain social media performance data to identify trends and measure effectiveness Generate reports on social media performance and ROI Community Engagement: Engage in outreach to community groups and representatives to increase awareness of Theatre Exile and to develop partnerships that align with Exile’s programming and mission. Increase awareness and connection to Theatre Exile by our South Philly neighborhood Represent Theatre Exile at community meetings and other events Attend Exile events such as show openings and fundraisers Administrative: Attend staff meetings Attend, as requested, other scheduled meetings relevant to the MM’s job responsibilities Qualifications: Must have a deep familiarity with and experience engaging with social media platforms Excellent writing skills, especially for social media content Interpersonal skills necessary to identify and develop new and maintain community relationships Knowledge and experience using marketing analytics tools (i.e., Google Analytics) Self motivated and customer-focused Position: Marketing Manager Full time, year round |
