Ensemble Arts Philly seeks Fall/Winter intern to join our Institutional Marketing team.

The Ensemble Arts Philly Institutional Marketing internship is an individualized learning experience based on the participant’s goals and interests.

During your internship with Ensemble Arts Philly you will:

Receive hands-on training, shadowing opportunities, co-teaching, and supervising that will be used to build mastery in all critical areas of operating a high-energy performing arts center.

Be introduced to the many facets of the performing arts process, including audience research, understanding and identifying sales trends, planning schedules, developing ideas, working with programmers and presenters, fulfilling commitments, and planning various communications strategies.

We welcome students to apply who are studying subjects other than marketing but are interested in the performing arts or non-profits.

 

Qualifications: 

Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment

Excellent interpersonal skills and follow- up skills

Ability to learn other software programs

Current college/university student
