Preschool DirectorPlayArts, an arts and enrichment center in Philadelphia, is seeking an experienced and inspiring Center Director for our play-based, arts immersion preschool, PlayArts Creative. This is a full time, 12 month position. Role Description The Preschool Director will be responsible for daily operations, curriculum implementation and development, staff management, parent communication, and budgeting. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Reports to: Director of Operations Qualifications:

Compensation This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $58,000 - $65,000 based on education and experience Two (2) weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) plus some additional paid holidays and school breaks (determined by the annual school calendar).
