Jr. Operations + Creative AssistantThe Felt+Fat leadership and creative team seeks a multi-faceted administrator to ensure the day to day operations of the business are executed efficiently. This role includes office management, administrative and creative, customer service and fulfillment support. An individual will be successful in this role if they’re organized, possess the ability to prioritize and communicate professionally and effectively. A background in the arts and office management is preferred but not required.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a hands-on mindset, who is highly organized, can work independently as well as collaboratively, and enjoys a fast-paced environment in a fun, teamwork-oriented company. There is considerable growth opportunity for the right candidate. This position is based in Philadelphia, PA with the flexibility to be remote as needed. This position reports to the Manager of Brand Strategy + Partnerships.
The Company Felt+Fat is a ceramic design studio and manufacturer that’s been operating out of Philadelphia since 2013. Our team is dedicated to excellence in domestic manufacturing. We’re building a space that encourages empathy, learning, experimentation and growth – giving staff the opportunity to lead their own projects and take pride in the work they do.
