Wholesale Packaging Specialist

Compensation: $14/ hr

Job Type: Part-time - 15- 20 hrs week

Ideally Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday from 8-1pm

Responsibilities: The Wholesale Packaging Specialist would be responsible for working with our Packaging team to prepare wholesale orders for shipping - with a specific amount of chalk to be packaged on a daily basis. Our method is highly repetitive work and requires a high level of attention to detail. Experience in food service (as line cooks, dishwashers, baristas) tends to translate well as well as experience with printmaking, paper-making, or book arts.

Requirements: This is a very creative workspace. Some days at TWEE are all-hands-on-deck, and everyone chips in to help with a specific project, but most days will require you to work unsupervised. Because of this, the individual in this position must be self-motivated and be able to anticipate the next job that needs to be done. The candidate must have extreme attention to detail and be well organized. They must also be a QUICK learner and worker.

Physical Requirements: MUST be able to lift 50lbs. Also must be able to work standing for 4-5 hours at a time. This is a workplace with real-life rainbows and sparkles, but it is also a very messy and physically taxing job.
