Digital Content CoordinatorPhiladelphia Ballet is looking for someone who understands how digital and physical channels work together to convey a compelling brand story, drive revenue, and meet marketing goals. The right candidate is equally creative as they are analytical, and value the importance of being proactive and collaborating with others to get things done. This position requires a self-motivated team player with the ability to develop original content, as well as edit existing content to better suit our audiences. Essential Functions:

Philadelphia Ballet, the premier dance company in the Philadelphia region and one of the world’s foremost ballet companies, is seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to increase social media presence and assist in driving digital strategy. The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of Philadelphia Ballet’s social media and digital marketing strategy by growing and managing all owned platforms. This position will play a critical role in ensuring each channel reflects Philadelphia Ballet’s values and mission and is in alignment with the overall content and engagement goals of the organization. This role will also work to support email marketing efforts and overall marketing programs. This is a highly creative and collaborative role, with data being at the forefront of decision making. |
