Organization Support Specialist (Planner IV)

Job responsibilities include:

  • Conduct research and develop programs that support nonprofit arts organizations in management, professional development and grantsmanship.
  • Manage Division's granting process including applications, review, reporting, technical assistance and grantee compliance
  • Prepare applications and reports for specific regional and federal grants received by the Division
  • Review and follow funding protocols and procedures 
  • Coordinate with other Planners to establish efficiencies of internal operations and maximize funding impact of available Division resources

As a Planner, this position advises the Director on the nonprofit arts sector, program assessment, evaluation and impact, and funding allocations.  Planners manage grants, promote agency programs and coordinate and participate in strategic planning and policy implementation.
