Post Sale Administrator
Responsibilities
Assisting buyers through the post-sale process:
- Providing exceptional client service in relation to all Post Sale activities
- Issuing Post Sale output for clients, including:
- Invoices for purchases
- Invoices for unsold property
- Shipping quotes/shipping invoices
- Interest and storage charges
- Ensuring the financial transactions comply with corporate governance & Compliance policies
- Ensuring the correct sales tax is charged and collected
- Ensuring payments are made within the 10 day payment period and overdue payments are followed up within 10-15-30 days
- Reviewing resale and tax exemption documentation for accuracy
- Issuing timely and accurate client communications
- Partnering with other business areas to respond to client inquiries, resolve client issues and execute client transactions to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
- Working with the Operations & Specialist teams to manage client collection arrangements
General:
- Responding to general client inquiries e.g., general correspondence, phone inquiries, emails, etc.
- Managing property releases for sale & non-sale inventory
Qualifications
- Excellent client service skills, with demonstrated capability in active listening, empathy, service orientation, and patience
- Good numeracy skills. Prior experience with payments/cashiering is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through; attention to detail is key
- Logical and practical thinking, with excellent resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
- Calm demeanor, especially under pressure, with the ability to handle difficult client situations
- Well presented with a friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming disposition
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Highest standard of confidentiality, discretion and work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and to partner with colleagues
- Multi-lingual skills are a plus
