Cafe ManagerNot for profit boarding high school for predominately female athletes in Philadelphia seeks a full time manager who can also cook, to offer healthy and nutritious meals. This is an ideal job for an experienced professional who seeks the opportunity to grow a successful cafeteria and espresso bar into a thriving operation. Cafeteria operating hours are Monday through Friday 6am-7pm, and 7:30am-1pm on Saturday. Five additional kitchen staff are budgeted. The Cafeteria prepares from-scratch, nutritionally balanced, attractive family-style meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) primarily young female high school athletes and other younger students, some parents and staff each day of the week.
