Audience Services Manager

Act II Playhouse is seeking an Audience Services Manager to begin July 1, 2019. 

Duties include: 

● Oversee all front of house operations day to day

● Perform and/or supervise all box office transactions, including ticket sales, exchanges, group sales,

subscriptions, gift certificates

● Build all seasons, productions, one-night events, educational semesters, kids’ series,

subscriptions, etc. within the Salesforce ticketing software

● Coordinate scheduling and managing of all box office and house management shifts, and all

volunteer ushers

● Intercept, screen, and organize all incoming correspondence, via phone, email, and walk-in

business, as well as maintain an organized file system of all correspondence and documents

● Report daily and weekly sales and deposit summaries, responsible for daily box office cash

draw count out and settlement
