Conference Center Services Assistant - (Part Time)

The Chemical Heritage Foundation has several openings for part-time conference center services assistants.  We are looking for dedicated, high-energy candidates that have hospitality or events industry experience.  Conference Center Assistants are responsible for providing a high quality experience for our customers attending events at our start-of-the-art facility.  Duties include: room and food display set-up, as well as clean-up and break-down of events.  These positions will require a flexible schedule, as we host events during the business day, as well evenings and weekends.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of hospitality or other customer service related experience.
  • HS diploma/GED. 
  • Must be detailed oriented and be able to successfully follow directions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, while maintaining a strong professional presence.
  • Must possess high level of customer service and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule is required.
