Position Summary The IT Systems Administrator is part of the Information Technology (IT) and operations staff and serves as the network administrator for administrative, infrastructural, and exhibition-related technologies. Administrator also participates in systems planning, deployments, and management of infrastructure, network and server hardware, and applications. Administrator ensures high availability of network, email, and internet services and client/server applications.
Responsibilities & Duties • Ensure end-user satisfaction regarding IT performance and support Establish and manage vendor relationships
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Information technology/Networking preferred, but not required. Certifications in Information technology/networking are a plus but not required
Physical Demands • Standing and walking may be required on an infrequent basis • Some moderate lifting, fifty (50) pounds or less, may be required on an infrequent basis May be required to work in a kneeling, stooping, bending, or prone position for a prolonged period of time on a frequent basis
